About this event ...

・Basically 20-40ppl are coming

・50-60% of the attendees are Non-Japanese

・Topics card for everyone to speak English

・Changing seats to give everyone the chance to speak with each others

・The venue is easy to find out even if you are late meeting time

At our event there is a schedule of 20 minutes of English conversation followed by 20 minutes of Japanese conversation an so on.

Starting 2:00pm〜 closing 4:00pm

①English conversation 20 minutes 2:00 2:20

②Japanese conversation 20 minutes 2:20 2:40

5 minute Break

③English conversation 20 minutes 2:50 3:10

④Japanese conversation 20 minutes 3:10 3:30

5 minute Break

⑤English 15 minutes

⑥Japanese 18:00

Last 10 minutes to exchange contact details with other guests as you like and prepare to leave or stay longer.

Our reservation at the venue will finish at 4:00pm.

【The venue】

We have a reservation for our guests at a cozy British Pub in Tokyo. It's only a few minutes from the station. It's a reasonable priced menu, drinks start @ 500yen. They also have non-alcoholic drinks:)

We support exchange student to study Japanese at Japanese school. So your attendee fee is free with a condition! The condition is click "going"and to write "I'm exchange student" on the event page in advance. *it's only for exchange student who show us the student ID and based on Tokyo or near Tokyo.
